Health information

Health information you provide during intake is collected and stored by the MyDose platform and the licensed providers who review it, under HIPAA safeguards. Nothing about your health or your treatment is ever sent to advertising or analytics companies.

No third-party code in your browser

This website does not load advertising pixels, analytics scripts, chat widgets or any other third-party code in your browser. There is no third-party chat; to message your care team, use the messages in your patient portal.

Our own analytics

If you accept cookies, we record which pages of this website are visited, using our own first-party cookies, and we store that information on the MyDose platform. If you decline cookies, we do not record page visits. While you complete an intake or checkout, we record the steps you complete (not your answers) to provide and improve the service.

Advertising measurement

If you accept cookies, our servers tell advertising platforms (such as Meta, Google and TikTok) when someone visits one of our general pages (the home, about, contact, FAQ and legal pages, and other pages with no health content), spends some time on or scrolls through such a page, or clicks a “Get started” link on it. Each of these events contains only the type of event, when it happened, our website address (not the page address) and the advertising click identifier or our own first-party identifier for that platform. Nothing is sent from pages about treatments, products, conditions or medications. A Global Privacy Control signal from your browser counts as declining. We never tell advertising platforms that you started or submitted an intake, made a purchase or received a refund, and we never send them your name, email address, phone number (hashed or not), address, date of birth, IP address, or anything about your health or the treatments you look at.
